Denise Jacob and I went for a hike today were they use to film Western movies by Gene Autry and more there is not any sets left but you can see some foundations and the rocky landscape where they would film the chase scenes or would have a whole town. Wow what a fun adventure to the model train show we went to today. We saw some incredible train set ups in all types of model trains. Denise and I watched a presentation on Walt Disney’s life and love of trains the finally evolved into Disneyland Railroad. We wandered around the LGB, Lionel, and of course Jacob’s favorite was the toy booths that sold Thomas the train. All the different types of model trains Fern watching the Lionel train Mine train set upFern was watching the mine cars work their way from the top of the mine all the way to the floor Fern would like some LGB Trains pleaseee!Jacob is looking at some neat tracks for people with not a lot of spaceJacob and Fern going home with James from Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends

Denise's nephew Josh has been in and out of Children's Hospital Los Angeles for a year now and today was the first time I was able to visit little Josh and my buddy Jacob came with me to visit see his brother also. Today Denise, Jacob and I went for a tour of Saddlerock Ranch we took a nice walk around the ranch, orchards and vineyards meeting Zebra's, Camels, Highland cows, lots of horses, mares. & their foals, and finally we went to see the Chumash Indians cave paintings (Pictographs)DonkeysHighland Cow Jacob not quite ready to saying hello to the zebras Tonka Tami & Dixie telling us about the type of wine that is grown on the ranch Polo wants to play with the camels while Roxie look on Future Puppy Raisertaking a rest and water break in the shadeJacob and Catalina were not very interested in the cave paintings so they played in the dirt with puppy here are some of the Chumash Indians cave paintings of the four horsemen Group photo best buddies
